Coffee & Consumable Products

All coffee sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on consumable items. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right under the following circumstances:

  • The packaging was open upon arrival.
  • We shipped the wrong products to your destination.
  • Your product was violated or consumed before it reached you.
  • Your product was expired upon arrival.
  • Your product was broken or damaged beyond recovery before it reached you.

For consumable products affected by any of the above issues, you must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Merchandise & Gear

For non-consumable products such as merchandise or brewing gear, we offer a 30-day return window if your item:

  • Arrived damaged or defective.
  • Was not the correct item you ordered.
